Superior Client Service…In a Class By Itself

Private Jets VIP is part of the Premier Luxury Travel Network: CEO World Travel, Harley Hula Company and eFlightQuote. All of our companies adhere to Superior Client Service…In a Class By Itself

Strict guidelines that we follow providing every client superior client service:

Finding new clients is much more expensive than retaining existing ones.  “Superior client service is more than just keeping clients happy.  It’s about revenue, because a lost client means lost revenue and an unhappy client can damage your reputation.” says, Martin M. Hazan – President of Private Jets VIP

Some aspects of effective clent service are:

  • Knowing your clients’ needs
  • Identifying your key service activities
  • Delivering superior service
  • follow-up!!!!

In a competitive marketplace it makes sense to aim to provide superior service.  Clients base their purchasing decisions on the service they receive, not just price, quality and availability.

Build superior client service into your business:

  • Incorporate client service strategies into your business and marketing plan.
  • Develop a business vision that reflects your commitment to superior client service and let your clients know about it.
  • Make sure everyone involved in your business shares your commitment.

Client service check List:

  • Do you tend to over-promise and under-deliver?
  • Are there opportunities to improve your service?
  • Do you know if your clients value your Superior Client Service initiatives?
  • Do you have systems in place to deal with unhappy clients?

What Superior Client Service Means:

  • Word-of-mouth referral is the most effective form of promotion.  It costs nothing and carries a lot of credibility as it is based on personal experience.
  • Satisfied clients not only tend to return to buy again from you but are also likely to talk positively about your business to others.  A bad client service experience is shared with around 10 other people who are likely to tell another 10.
  • Superior client service is service that exceeds your clients’ expectations and will make your business stand out from your competitors’.  To be effective, client service must be consistently good in every part of your business.  From the moment the client thinks of purchasing, right through to the final sale, there are opportunities for the business to add client service to the process.
Private Jets VIP Better Business Tip
Go to any amount of trouble for all of your clients.  Do not treat “big” or “small” clients any differently.  Client referrals are powerful and a client who feels complimented that you have gone out of your way to help them with a small matter is very likely to know someone who would fit into your “big and best” client category.

Jet Charters for the Frequent Flyers – VIP Flight Cards

You are a well-known public figure, and you want to decompress from your hectic professional life by escaping to Buenos Aires for the weekend. You want to avoid all the attendant publicity your comings-and-goings attracts. You are also fed up with the hassles of long rides to the airport, the risk of missing a flight due to traffic congestion, and the “cabby’s” inevitable complaints about your last movie, your last album, or the controversial stand you took on a hotly contested political issue. The security checks at the airports have become insufferable, and despite the fact you always travel First Class, the service offered up by the flight attendants is always questionable.

What Is It?

Conceptually, chartering a jet’s little different from renting a car for a quick weekend getaway. You choose the make, model, and size of your rental. You consider its speed, handling, plus the number of passengers and baggage you’re taking along, not to mention the costs of gas and insurance. But when chartering a jet, in addition to getting your own personal Airbus, Boeing, Cessna, or Gulfstream, you also get the airplane’s experienced and first-class pilots, meticulous crew, and peripatetic ground support. Chartering a jet allows you to perfectly synchronize your demanding business and travel schedules. Jet charters tend to be more efficient than traveling on commercial airlines, your time in the air is spent more productively, and if you’re flying more than 350 hours a year, the financial benefits are more tangible as well. Who Needs It?

Famous movie actors, touring rock stars, New York investment bankers, and South American dictators typically charter jets, but in a today’s hyper-accelerated business climate, any busy working professional pressed for time will discover customized air travel to be supremely pragmatic. Say, you’re a hot, young advertising phenom, and a London-based brokerage hopes to hear your take on a campaign they are commissioning – but within forty-eight hours. Without skipping a beat, it makes perfect sense to load your entire creative team aboard a Citation X, and forge your winning pitch while flying across the Atlantic full-throttle. Time is far too valuable to squander in noisy airport bars, anxiously awaiting interminably delayed flights, while contemplating the disastrous prospects of a canceled business meeting or the loss of untold millions. Moreover, unlike commercial airlines, private jets fly in and out of smaller suburban airports that are often closer to your planned departure and destination points. Smaller airports mean no long lines of planes tediously awaiting permission to take off, or airplanes being “stacked” in circular flight patterns above busy urban hubs, when air-controllers can’t handle an unexpected overflow of inbound traffic.

Benefits

The benefits to chartering a jet are speed, efficiency, and accommodations above and beyond First Class.

The normal cruising speed of most light jets is 475 mph with a range of 3 to 5 hours. Typically, these light jets accommodate between five and eight passengers, and set you back, say, between $2,000 and $2,600 per hour. If you are not on a tight budget, and relish speed, then charter a heavy jet, like the Dassault Falcon 2000 DX. This aircraft will board between nine and eighteen of your colleagues transport them wherever you wish at a brisk 540 mph, with a non-stop range of over 5,100 nautical miles. With a high-tech gallery of computers, phones, faxes, plus plenty of extra room for your bags, skis, and golf clubs, not to mention an HD entertainment system – the $5,000 to $9,000 per hour feels like a total steal.

If you want to charter a mid-sized jet, the stylish Citation X is as good as it gets. The aircraft’s roomy cabin offers a double club configuration of 8 comfortable captain’s chairs. There’s a posh galley and a lavatory that inspires singing. The baggage compartment is 72 cubic feet, pressurized, and heated. The jet’s range is as good or better than any aircraft in its class. With the Citation X’s record-breaking .92 mach top speed, no worries, you won’t be late. In the most important category – safety – the Citation X has one of the best records in aviation.

Risks

There are minimal safety risks chartering a jet as long as the jet charter operators you choose possess proper FAA Air Taxi Certification – known as a Part 135 Certificate. There are some charter companies, in more far-flung regions of the world, who might fly under Part 91 – or, “owner flown” – regulations. These rules have far less FAA oversight, and for this reason, passenger liability is increased.

Also, as far as insurance is concerned, most jet charter operators offer the passenger to be named as “additionally insured” on the policy. This option is for the privileged passengers circumnavigating the globe at top speed on a constant basis.

Private Jets VIP – Not Just For “Celebrities”

Michael Jackson 1984Michael Jackson is dead states one text. He died. He just died. My daughter receives these messages on her cell phone. How ironic, she celebrates her birthday on the day that The King of Pop, the king of celebrities passes away. Some people loved him, some hated him, and some fell in between the two extremes.

Regardless, Michael Jackson indeed knew how to celebritize himself. Michael Jackson Private Jet Wikipedia.org states that he was, “One of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, his other achievements include multiple Guiness World Records — including one for “Most Successful Entertainer of All Time”—13 Grammy Awards, 13 number one singles in his solo career — more than any other male artist in the Hot 100 era and the sale of 750 million records worldwide. Jackson’s highly publicized personal life, coupled with his successful career, made him a part of popular culture for almost four decades.” School children are still jamming to the music that their baby boomer parents have listened to for years.

As I watch my daughter’s face turned from the happiness of celebrating the day she was born to sadness upon hearing the death of such a huge celebrity, I think about my little celebrity. Straight A’s her entire school year, on an athletic team, getting her first boating certification, almost fluent in the top two business languages in world, selected to be the top of her gifted class, an already published travel writer, her accomplishments continue on and on. Yet when people ask her to tell about herself, she replies, “I’m in sixth grade.” Or when someone speaks to her in Spanish, she replies in English.

Timid? Shy? No, not this one! She just chooses not to let the world know at that particular time. And that’s okay. Balance and caution is good. Yet there are times when she needs to shine and show her stuff such as when she is trying to win a contest or when it is more advantageous to speak the native language of the country she is in on a writing assignment with me.

  • Celebrity. There is one in us. We may not be a celebrity in the limelight and on the stage such as the late Michael Jackson yet each person has his or her talents and strengths. The world may never know the real you if you do not let it shine. Now I’m not necessarily talking about winning a popularity contest or being the most extroverted. I’m talking about drawing out YOUR inner celebrity at the level in which you want and need.
  • Celebrity. There is one in you. Like the famous celebrities sometimes forget who they are and where they came from, sometimes we forget there is a celebrity within us. So why wait until you’ve made X amount of dollars, until you retire, or until whatever and whenever to treat yourself to what you want and deserve.
